<description>We are about to enter into a fight with the Summerville Council over a zoning change request by a Mr. Knight. He wants the land between Walnut Farms and the Bluffs at Ashley River to be rezoned as commercial. He proposes building another storage facility, a carwash, and apartment buildings between our developments.

The land is currently zoned for a single residence per 1 acre. He wants it rezoned as commercial.

This is a green issue.

There is a meeting on Wednesday, August 6th at 4PM in the Town Hall. Is there any way you could rally some troops to help us out.

Aaron Brown is the swing vote, and past practices show that he only does what his constituents ask for. As his constituents to not live near us, we feel doomed.
