Weekly Trashed

This is my 4th edition of Weekly Trashed, and I can see that cardboard recycling apathy is going to be a major theme. I’m not even seeking these waste management mishaps out - they are all on my drive out of the neighborhood each Thursday morning.
If this much cardboard is going into the landfill each week, Charleston County Recycling needs to start looking at what it would take for curbside pickup - clearly (most) people can’t handle the responsibility themselves.

Man — this is painful week after week. Unfortunately, I see the same thing all too often in my neighborhood… one option is to legislate mandatory recycling like Virginia and some other states.
