		<description>Doesn't it bug you when they move these things?  Last Saturday I was out taking photos of the recycling drop sites in Mount Pleasant (for Go Green Maps), and found out they had moved the one at the Bi-Lo.  There was no mention of this on their website, and when I called they said it was getting too dirty and people were dropping off non-recyclable materials.  Sounds like the same problem you had in West Ashely - I just wish they could update the site. </description>
