I’m in Vancouver, British Columbia today, so I had to go to the archives to pick this week’s shot. It’s actually a doozy, and I’m not sure why I passed on it two weeks ago. First off, they didn’t set aside the large items for the claw to pick up - that’s just common decency. Why? Because now the guys have to drag them out from the pile, and risk getting stabbed by the clearly visible nails. But I really dig the giant recyclable cardboard box packed the rim with bagged garbage. The smashed red cup-turned-litter in the corner is the proverbial cherry on top.
