The Charleston County Council is meeting tonight to review spending proposals from the Green Belt Program. Meetings are held on the second floor of the Lonnie Hamilton, III Public Services Building, 4045 Bridge View Drive, North Charleston.

    I saw that the Council approved a bunch of land for parks west of town. I’d still like to see some of that come east of the Cooper.
