East Bay Bike Path on the Way

Good news for you go greeners looking for a non-carbon way to get around downtown: The Charleston City Council approved a $1 million dollar bike path that will continue the Ravenel Bridge path into the heart of downtown. In fact, the goal is to swing the path all the way around the peninsula and into West Ashley. Even though the million bucks only covers the first 1/2 mile of the path, this is very encouraging.     I just read over at Charleston Inspired that West Ashley has some new paths as well. Woohoo!
