They only list newspaper, magazines and office paper as recyclable. The containers compartment at the drop sites also lists aluminum foil as recyclable too which is no longer the case in Charleston county. The drop site containers need an update too. You're right Chad, every time I've been to the Whipple Rd. Recycling Center the bins have been overflowing. Sorry if my writing didn't make that clear - I've made some edits that should help. Your point is true for cardboard recycling though. I find it ridiculous that cardboard can't be picked-up curbside. When I drive to the dropsite, I often find it stuffed to the top with boxes laying in the parking lot. Your point is true for cardboard recycling though. I find it ridiculous that cardboard can’t be picked-up curbside.
