		<description>I don't have my papers with me, but it was ~$5000 up front. Then by applying for two different tax credits, I can receive ~$3000 back from big brother.  So, in the end, it should be around ~$2000.

Basically, without those tax credits it would not be economically feasible. That's why we all need to make sure the tax code doesn't get changed (unless it's for the better.)</description>
