My little GDiaper boy is growing up, and he is enjoying the feel of underpants – especially in this heat! Most disposable diapers use sodium polyacrylate to ensure long lasting dry diapers. Have you ever put Pampers in the ocean? It will absorb and expand to an unsightly size until the gel turns into tiny balls. Your three year old still won’t know if he has pottied his diaper!

So, while my little guy rarely complained over wet GDiapers, he definitely appreciates his undies. Graham has been willing to don thin cotton, and keep it dry.

Just another great reason to give up disposable diapers.

My wife and I have used a combination of Gdiapers and BumGenius for our now 5 week old…I have to say I am quite dissapointed in the Gdiapers…Less than 20 percent of the time does she ‘go’ and not end up soiling the entire diaper…since the outer is not waterproof, it leaks onto her clothes and requires an outfit change…We have been using the size Small diapers and she is just at 9 lbs now…

We have had none of these issues with the Bumgenius diapers…they have never leaked, and the velcro on them (laundry tabs) work much better than what we have experienced with the Gdiapers…

I will say that we have been also experimenting with putting regular prefold cloth diapers in the Gdiaper liner as opposed to buying the expensive refills, and this has worked out no worse than the disposible refills…
