By the time I made it downtown, the Park(ing) Day extravaganza was packing out. The sod was being rolled up, and the plants hauled away. It was only 3:30! (maybe next year things can last a bit longer so that the school crowd has a changed to experience it.) Anyway, it looked awesome – several patches of grassy park were there, but this massive installation by Design Works was loved the camera. Happy Park(ing) Day everyone!
